Kellogg is putting the future of Cheez-It in your hands. The “Choose the Cheese” Facebook application allows users from across the nation to determine the next flavor of Cheeze-It crackers: Asiago, Colby or Romano. Everyone has the opportunity vote for their favorite flavor by completing a series of “Vote Getter” activities and the best part is there’s no limit to the number of votes you can cast!
Upon arriving at the application, Joe greets users and introduces them to the “Vote Getter” where they can choose different activities to accumulate votes.

Different activities that users can complete include:
- Recruit Friends: Invite a group of your Facebook friends to take part in the cheese voting fun
- Slogan Generator: Magnetic poetry for cheese lovers. Put together a sequence of words to create your own cheesy slogan and post it to your wall.
- Cheese Quiz: Think you have what it takes to be a cheese master? Take a quiz to determine how much you know about your favorite flavor.
- Shout-It: Show you love for Cheez-It crackers by shouting your favorite flavor. The louder you are, the more votes you get.
- Photo of the Week: This scavenger hunt app lets users upload pictures of Cheez-It crackers in front of fun backgrounds + settings.
In addition to gathering votes, users may also request samples of the new flavors and enter a sweepstakes to win a year’s supply of Cheez-It crackers.
